  • The client understands that in order to contact them, Nu Clear Preloved may move data obtained on this form and through their booking to another suitable system. They understand that Nu Clear Preloved may contact them concerning any purchases or order collections.​

 

  • Purchase & Refund Policy

  • A purchase is confirmed once the client places their order and makes full payment using the Nu Clear Preloved website.

  • Due to the circular nature of preloved fashion we only offer refunds should products arrive damaged or faulty. In this event, clients must contact Nu Clear Preloved via email within 1 week of delivery with proof of damage (e.g. photographs of faulty product) on nuclearpreloved@gmail.com

  • If an order cancellation is made before an order is posted (the Tuesday following a purchase, or the next day before 11am for Hermes 2 day delivery) the client will be fully refunded.

  • If an order cancellation is made after an order is posted (the Tuesday following a purchase, or the next day before 11am for Hermes 2 day delivery) clients will be charged in full and as per our usual payment terms.

  • If an order cannot be fully refunded, clients may return items at their own postage cost and will be issued a credit note redeemable against Nu Clear Preloved products. Items to be returned must arrive at Nu Clear Preloved within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we would recommend using tracked postage in this instance as Nu Clear Preloved cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.

  • Nu Clear Preloved have the right to cancel any order and in this instance, will issue a full refund to the client.

 

  • Gift Vouchers/Coupons

 

  • Gift vouchers/Coupons can be used as payment towards any available, advertised products.

  • Gift vouchers/Coupons are only valid for the dates set out in their delivery and will expire 12months after issue at the latest.

  • If the whole amount of the Gift voucher is not used, you may redeem the remainder of the coupon to another appointment.

  • Postage will only be charged for Gift vouchers that are paid for online and then posted.

  • Refunds are not available for Gift vouchers already paid for and provided.

  • Feedback Forms

  • Feedback and review requests will be sent to clients at Nu Clear Preloved's discretion.

  • Content provided in feedback and reviews may be used in publicity material and on the website.

  • Website Content

  • Website content will be authorised and managed at Nu Clear Preloved's discretion, including testimonials.

  • Photographs will only be displayed with the consent of the people in the photograph.

  • Photograph consent may be obtained by Nu Clear Preloved verbally, or in writing if the client completes a photo release form.

  • Photo release forms can be requested by phone or email

 

  • Payment

  • Nu Clear Preloved accepts payment by card payment via Wix or arrangements can be made for direct payment to the Nu Clear Preloved via Paypal or Bank Transfer by contacting nuclearpreloved@gmail.com

  • Full payment must be received before items will be dispatched.

  • Shipping Policy

  • Products will be sent on the Tuesday following purchase (including same day if purchased before 11am on a Tuesday).

  • Products purchased with the Hermes Next Day delivery option will be posted the next day, so have a 2 day delivery time.

  • If you don't not receive your item, you must let us know within 14days of the postage date for us to be able to organise tracking, follow up with the courier and provide a solution which may include a full refund if the item has been lost by the courier.

  • Though we will do our utmost to follow up with the courier, we cannot accept responsibility for missing items which are delivered without tracking.

 

  • Privacy Policy

 

  • Client details will not be shared with anyone unless Nu Clear Preloved are legally bound to do so e.g. when co operating with legal investigations.

  • Client notes will be kept on file, securely by Nu Clear Preloved in line with GDPR

  • Clients give Nu Clear Preloved permission to hold records and data about them in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • Personal information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Nu Clear Preloved may use data collected upon purchase or from client interactions to improve the relevance of our advertising and marketing. Nu Clear Preloved will not use sensitive data for this purpose but may use personal information provided at purchase or which the client has already provided to other agreed third parties such as names, contact details and other information.

  • Clients may choose to subscribe to email marketing from Nu Clear Preloved at the time of purchase or using newsletter subscription forms on the nuclearpreloved.com website or on other forms. They may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the footer of their emails.​

 

  • Complaints Procedure

 

  • If a client wishes to make a complaint about Nu Clear Preloved, this must be emailed to nuclearpreloved@gmail.com

  • Complaints must include the date and location of the incident, the full name of the complainant, details of the complaint and a desired outcome following the complaint

  • All complaints will be taken very seriously and a response will be provided within 28 days

 

  • Website Terms & Conditions

 

  • Harassment and bullying are not allowed and will not be tolerated on the TruthPie Blog and anyone considered to be posting harassing comments will be removed from the site at Nu Clear Preloved's discretion without notice or explanation. Comments Nu Clear Preloved considers to be of this nature will also be deleted without notice.
